무선 센서 네트워크에서 다양한 센서 기술이 개발되면서 최근에는 둘 이상의 서로 다른 센서 노드를 함께 연동하는 대규모 이기종 센서 네트워크에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 전송 파워가 큰 위치 서버 노드와 전송 파워가 작은 모트 센서 노드로 이기종 센서 네트워크를 구성하여 에너지를 효율적으로 사용할 수 있는 라우팅 프로토콜을 제안한다. 기존의 클러스터링 기법보다 효율적인 데이터 수집을 위해 2계층 그리드 구조를 사용하고 데이터 전송 시 발생하는 멀티-홉의 길이를 줄여 전체 네트워크의 에너지 소모를 줄인다. 본 연구에서 제안된 기법의 성능은 시뮬레이션을 통해서 기존의 연구와 비교 분석을 하여 우수하다는 것을 보였다.

(English Abstract) |
Various sensor technologies have been developed in wireless sensor networks. Especially a large heterogeneous sensor network which is made up different sensor nodes in type has been noticed. Therefore this paper suggests an energy-efficient routing protocol in heterogeneous sensor networks which consist of location server nodes with large transmission power and mote sensor nodes with small transmission power. Instead of a clustering, this study uses a 2-level grid structure to increase aggregation efficiency and decreases the length of multi-hop, so the energy consumption of a total network is cut down. The performance evaluation of our work shows it is more efficient than other routing protocols on the energy consumption using a simulator.
